The Strategic Centre is glad to introduce a new three-month coaching programme for ambitious women leaders at all levels that will commence on September 9, 2024.
Empower: Executive and Leadership Coaching for Women programme incorporates best practices from women leaders on executive level in various industries and countries.
Participants will obtain practical knowledge in:- Developing a strong sense of self-confidence and executive presence,
- Enhancing leadership skills, including communication, influence, and negotiation,
- Gaining tools for overcoming challenges and building resilience,
- Developing strategic thinking and career advancement strategies,
- Building a supportive network of fellow women leaders,
- Effectively managing uncertainties and improve your “risk-aware” decision making.
After programme comletion participants will get a Certificate in Professional Developemnt from University of Suffolk, UK.
