Following our flagship Empower Coaching Programme for Women, The Strategic Centre will launch an exclusive online programme for aspiring and future leaders, high-potential employees, entrepreneurs, and small business owners on October 7, 2024.
Management and Leadership Coaching Programme: Discover and Deliver Your Potential is aimed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to inspire any team, navigate complex situations, and achieve breakthrough results, all while fostering a supportive network of fellow leaders.
Programme Modules:
Module 1 – Essential Leadership Development Skills
Module 2 – Communication & Networking Skills
Module 3 – Building and Leading Teams Effectively
Module 4 – Developing Strategic Vision, Direction and Leading Change
Programme duration is two months with comfortable schedule for online sessions. After programme comletion participants will get a Certificate in Professional Developemnt from University of Suffolk, UK.
