ROGRAMME OVERVIEW
 
Empower: Executive and Leadership Coaching for Women is a comprehensive three-month programme designed to empower women leaders to reach full potential and excel in their careers.
 
In collaboration with leading University of Suffolk, United Kingdom, this programme will include group coaching sessions, workshops, and networking events that provide executive women with the opportunity to connect with other women in leadership positions, share experiences, and learn from each other.

PROGRAMME MODULES
 
Empower programme has three modules that focus on harnessing leadership skills.
 
  • MODULE 1: LEADING WITH CONFIDENCE
This module focuses on building self-awareness, overcoming imposter syndrome, and developing a strong executive presence. Participants will define their leadership style, identify their strengths and areas for development, and explore strategies for effective communication and influence.
 
  • MODULE 2: NAVIGATING CHALLENGES AND BUILDING RESILIENCE
This module equips participants with the tools to navigate workplace challenges,build resilience and effectively manage uncertainties. Participants will explore strategies for managing difficult conversations, overcoming setbacks, and maintaining a positive mindset amidst pressure. Participants will also learn to set boundaries,manage their workload for optimal performance and value creation.
 
  • MODULE 3: STRATEGIC THINKING, LEADERSHIP AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT
This module focuses on developing strategic thinking, setting clear goals, and creating a roadmap for career advancement. Participants will learn how to build a strong network, negotiate effectively, and position themselves for leadership opportunities. They will also delve into strategic thinking and decision-making which are essential skills for executives and leaders. This module will introduce frameworks and tools for strategies, strategic thinking, strategic directions, and risk aware decision-making, including analyzing data, assessing risks, and prioritising goals.
 
CERTIFICATION
After Programme completion participants will obtain a Certificate in Professional Development from University of Suffolk.
