ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEDICATED METEOROLOGY ACADEMY

In the nascent stages of this endeavor, with the backing of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Environment, our project sought to lay the groundwork for the establishment of a dedicated meteorology academy.
This initial phase encompassed the crucial tasks of initiating the preparation of comprehensive financial and technical feasibility studies.
Furthermore, we explored avenues for forging collaborative partnerships with established academic bodies, ensuring alignment with relevant academic qualifications.
Governed by Taif University, Saudi Arabia, this three-month project necessitated a swift and focused approach.
Notably, the esteemed Professor Abraham Althonayan assumed the pivotal role of chairing the development of the academy's strategic plan.
