Five-day Strategic Planning Training

In May 2024, as part of our most popular training topics, The Strategic Centre has provided a comprehensive 5-day workshop on Strategic Planning for The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
 
Our Executive Coach and Programme Leader Professor Abraham Althonayan shared his knowledge with participants on site.
He managed to make this highly intense training into an interactive experience where participants tried different tools and techniques of Strategic Planning using their own experience and skills.
 
As a result, RCJY’s management team became more confident in Strategic Planning and will implement gained skills into their daily operations.
