How do you even train people for this?
The world is moving faster than any curriculum can follow. So what are we actually putting in the room - frameworks? checklists? escalation routes?
And what if none of that is the point?
What if it's not about what people know - but how they think when everything they were taught stops being enough?
I've been wrestling with this while writing this week's piece. I don't have a clean answer. But I think the organisations getting this right aren't training harder. They're thinking differently.
