the international competitiveness and ranking of the partner institutions by enhancing
capacity, research, quality, and standards. The SC main strategic
activities focus on several international regions including, GCC and Central Asia
(including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) regions, where we work closely on current

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and
strategic Business & Product Development Manager to lead the organisation’s
growth and innovation in the post-COVID-19 education and training environment. The
successful candidate will identify business opportunities, develop innovative solutions,
and drive international collaborations to expand our academic and research programmes.
This role requires expertise in product development, strategic planning, and market
expansion, with a focus on Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Gulf States.
Key Responsibilities
Develop
and execute the organisation’s strategic plan and lead business strategy implementation.
Identify
emerging business opportunities, address gaps in services, and anticipate market
needs to support growth.
Develop
and implement an internationalisation strategy for academic and research programmes,
collaborating with institutions in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan), the
Caucasus (Chechnya, Ingushetia), and Gulf States (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait,
UAE, Oman).
Introduce
innovative techniques and strategies to enhance service experience and continuously
improve academic and research programmes.
Engage
regional leaders and develop locally relevant education and training solutions,
including strategic partnerships.
Design
and oversee the development of marketing materials, including education strategies,
marketing presentations, video content, service scripts, digital learning modules,
and virtual selling tools.
Conduct
product-market assessments, competitor analysis, and define product and service
unique selling propositions (USPs) to strengthen the organisation’s brand.
Build
and maintain strong external relationships with key partners in the UK and
internationally.
Ensure
compliance with regulations and uphold the organisation’s values and integrity
at all times.
Monitor
and evaluate programmes, ensuring impact assessment from planning to implementation
stages.
Develop
and manage international education and development programmes tailored to international
partners’ needs.
Manage
the budget for education programme development, ensuring financial sustainability
and effectiveness.
Perform
other duties as required, aligned with project scope and prior experience.
Requirements &
Qualifications
Proven
experience in business development, product development, or strategic planning
within the education and training sector.
Strong
understanding of international education markets, particularly in Central Asia,
the Caucasus, and the Gulf States.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability
to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business forecasting.
Proficiency
in developing marketing and promotional strategies.
Ability
to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.
Proficiency
in multiple languages is an advantage.
