Bella Gazdiyeva
Bio
Bella Gazdiyeva is an expert in communications and leadership with over
19 years of professional experience and more than 3,000 hours of executive
and leadership training delivered across the UK, EU, Middle East, and Central Asia.
She specialises in business and international communications, public speaking,
strategic communications, and leadership development. Bella designs and delivers
executive programmes on corporate communications, negotiations, stakeholder
engagement, persuasive presentations, decision-making, and crisis communications
to support organisational resilience and reputation management.
Her international work includes intercultural communication training for senior
executives, facilitation of international university partnerships between the UK,
Kazakhstan, and the EU, and speaking engagements on global communication strategies
in sustainable development, including COP16 in Riyadh (2024).
Bella has led and delivered leadership programmes for government officials and
senior officers, including OSCE programmes on women’s leadership, consulting for
regional and city deputies, and one-to-one advisory work with senior press officers
on media strategy and public image.
She is actively engaged in women’s leadership and strategic management initiatives,
mentoring women leaders in public administration and advocacy, and integrating
gender-sensitive communications into governance and business training.
Bella has spoken to the President of Kazakhstan and at the UK Parliament. She is
currently pursuing further academic development at SOAS, University of London.
